Erin is a very knowledgeable realtor and a genuinely nice person to collaborate with! As someone who has experienced moving across states, she truly comprehends our concerns and provided thoughtful and honest answers to all of our inquiries. Unfortunately, due to unrelated circumstances, we didn't have the opportunity to work with her in the end, but we're grateful to have had the chance to meet her!

Erin was an absolute delight to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. If you are interested in buying or selling a home - call her now! My husband and I were ready to upgrade to a larger home but weren't sure exactly what we were looking for at first. Erin was incredibly flexible with our crazy schedules to tour homes. She was patient and shared honest feedback as we toured MANY homes. It was clear she was extremely knowledgeable on different house types and what we could expect. You could also tell that she took a personal interest in helping us find "the one," and tried to understand our style to show us homes that she believed we would be interested in.  Not long after, we did find our dream home. Erin provided helpful suggestions and strategies as we discussed our offer. She managed to get the sellers to work with us exclusively so we were able to quickly agree to a price both parties felt comfortable with, without the stress of a bidding war scenario.  While all this was going on, we also had our current home to prepare to sell. Again, Erin's expertise was apparent. She took the time to walk through our home, offer detailed instructions and tips on how to make it look the best it possibly could for photos and walkthroughs. The photographer she worked with captured our home exactly right, and her description on our Zillow listing was spot on.  The selling process can be a nightmare - but our home sold after ONLY 2 days full of showings. We had SEVEN offers, all over ask! We were blown away. This is all due to Erin's efforts and savvy. Thank you for all you do, Erin!

We made the right move in contacting Erin Adams to be our Real Estate Broker. She helped locate and negotiate a great condo, then got our existing home sold in one day for 5G above asking price. She is able to quickly evaluate a property and market it perfectly. Along the way, buying and/or selling, she is a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Erin!

We bought our first home recently facilitated but Erin. Right from the first time we met her we got the feel of her as a very professional and respectful individual who is very knowledgeable about the subject matter. She held our hands through the process and treated our questions and concerns with priority and urgency. We had no doubt she was on our side. We are happy we went with her.
