Lia was referred to us by a prior client of hers. She picked up the ball from the start and kept running until we crossed the goal-line! This was an estate sale and required a lot of diligence on the front end, utilizing her local contacts and vendors to help us evaluate the existing conditions and to guide us in what items were critical and what were cosmetic. Her constant communication and perseverance were so appreciated. We couldn't have done this remotely without her! We would recommend Lia without reservation on any home sales in Chapel Hill area.

Erika and Elena did a fantastic job in selling our 33-year-old house in a very difficult market in Chapel Hill. They gave the house just enough of a facelift (new paint, kitchen appliances, light fixtures, refinished floors, minor repairs) but not too much, and their contractors did a great job in a timely fashion. They staged the house beautifully. Other real estate agents said that everything was “spot on.” They were very accessible by phone and email, and they made the whole process very transparent, guiding us expertly through negotiations with the buyer . We feel very lucky to have had Erika and her team working for us, and we highly recommend her!

This is the second time I have used Erika and Elena to sell my house and would use them again! What sets them apart is the combination of professional acumen combined with genuine warmth and sensitivity to the emotional aspects of selling a home. We decided immediately to accept all advice/recommendations about how and when to proceed, the decisions around preparing the house/staging, pricing strategy, and finally the closing negotiations. As a result, we navigated a tricky market with a number of twists and turns that led us to a successful sale. Any issue that came up already had a solution before we even knew about it and Elena kept our spirits up with her sense of humor! I HIGHLY recommend this talented team!

Erica and Elena made the process of selling our townhouse so much easier and better than anticipated, especially since we live 3 hours away. They suggested ways to improve the property, lined up experts to get the preparation work for selling completed and oversaw every detail. Both were very responsive and upbeat. Their suggestions were always in our best interest, we were kept up to date with what to expect and they communicated the progress every step of the way. We were amazed at how easy everything was and how quickly everything moved along.

Erika and Elena were sooo helpful for us . We live 2 1/2 hours away from Chapel Hill ( their area of expertise). They knew how to set up our townhouse to make the best presentation, knew the market well, had a constant stream of workers to make things happen in short order, and kept us aware of each step as it proceeded. I was surprised at the immediate response from them day or night and weekends and how they had our best interest in site. They connected us with lawyers and all the professional people we needed along the way. We could have never handled all the things that popped up from day to day and Erika and Elena took it in stride and made it look easy, although it was their experience and drive that solved all the problems. We would surely recommend to anyone in the process of selling a property to look up this truly unique pair of women to make your dreams come true!!
