We had a fantastic experience working with Steve Doyle as our real estate agent. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and never once pushed us toward a house just to make a sale. One of the things we appreciated most was Steve’s background and knowledge as a contractor. Steve Doyle had my back at all times from start to finish. Steve is also a listens contractor, his knowledge is this area was invaluable. Steve was outstanding! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and a skilled negotiator in a competitive market. His experience as a contractor was invaluable in assessing potential homes for underlying issues and renovation ideas- he was very patient and thoughtful answering all of our (many) questions. He was also very kind toward our young children when we had to bring them along to showings. Most impressively he was very direct and decisive in a multiple-offer, time-pressured situation that ultimately got our offer accepted, and was able to negotiate some things in our favor even in a seller’s market! He also helped us navigate through a quick close. Steve is really a one-of-kind realtor who we would recommend without hesitation. We are so lucky we found him, and could not have been happier with the process!

Steve is the epitome of a Professional in the Real Estate Profession. He has very strong domain expertise in Real Estate in general, and also knows his markets and trends extremely well. Steve has strong communication, negotiation and consulting skills, something that is critical to success in the Raleigh / Durham real estate market. We also very much appreciated Steve's exceptional follow-up skills, if he says he will call you back, or perform a certain task, he will, and he does it when he says he would.
