Kathryn White is the best agent by far my family has ever used. The phrase "above and beyond" applies to everything she does. We've had Kathryn handle 4 real estate transactions for us to date. Including open land and a large lake front home for sale in Orange Co. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the incredible job she's done for us in all circumstances. Kathryn is lovely to work with. She is patient, yet honest, gives her opinion when you seek it, and works hard to find you a home that works for you and fits your needs as you have expressed them. She has a great sense of humor and we now consider her a good friend after all the time she spent with us driving around the Triangle!

My husband and I are so grateful for Kathryn and all of her guidance during our first home-buying experience. Kathryn was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and highly prepared to assist her clients. I found her very easy to work with. She went out of her way to help me prepare and stage my house for sale. Her market analysis was spot on. My home sold quickly, above asking price and had multiple offers. I highly recommend Kathryn to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.

Kathryn is an amazing agent to help you buy your home! I love her professionalism and honesty in helping us through the process and her knowledge of the areas. She truly took the time to find and then negotiate for the perfect home for us, respecting our budget, and our top desires in a home.
