Erik represented us as sellers agent. Erik was very responsive and flexible. We close on the house within less than two month putting it on the market. The buyer was difficult and Erik helped us to hold firm on concessions. We didn't make any concessions. Over all, very happy with our experience in working with Erik.

My husband and I have dealt with many realtors during our years of buying and selling property. Erik is the only one we can wholeheartedly recommend. He never assumed he knew more about our property than we did. He consulted with us every step of the way, offering advice but never pushing us. The recent sale that Erik helped us with was a multifamily combination of a 4 plex, a duplex and a large undeveloped lot. We wanted to do owner carry financing and that was nonnegotiable. So right away Erik had a "not your usual" sale to deal with. He got us an offer from a great buyer - but they had an incredible jerk for a realtor! Their realtor was insulting, pompous, unprofessional, and just plain hard to deal with. But Erik totally ran interference in every way. After a lot of diplomacy, negotiations, and patient communication, Erik got us over the finish line with a great deal. We only have one property left to sell. You can bet Erik will be listing it for us!
