We began our search for our dream home last summer. After being set up with Erich we toured several places none of them being the perfect spot for us. He was very accommodating to all of our wants and needs we desired in a home. After seeing several places a new one popped up and knew we had to see it. He even offered to show us the house on his birthday. We put in an offer, he walked us through the process and made buying a home easy and stress free!
