Mr Stricko scheduled a showing of my property for his client. He failed to show and lacked the professional courtesy to communicate with my realtor that he was canceling.

Eric is truly an amazing realtor and all around person! We were never rushed, he was extremely patient, super understanding, and altogether caring! We found our dream home with his help and couldn’t be happier! Best realtor in the RGV! Probably the most humble one as well!

We have purchased lots of homes in the Harlingen area as we buy and sell homes. When it was time to sell our own home we met Eric Strico. Eric provided the best service we have ever had. This young man is at the top of the RGV Realtors. We will use Eric for any future transactions in the valley.

Eric is one of the most helpful realtors we have dealt with! Every time we found a property we were interested in and/or wanted information about/wanted to see, Eric sent the info or met us to show us the property right away! He is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and always working hard to find you a house to call home!! We highly recommend him!

My husband and I listed our home with Eric Stricko because we were very impressed with his listing presentation/proposal. He continued to impress us by having our home under contract quickly with a full price offer!! Within a week of listing our home with Eric we had two offers to purchase. The entire transaction to close of sale went very smoothly. The quality of the photos he personally took of our home with his professional equipment were awesome! We experienced a high level of interest and request for showings immediately once he placed our home on the market. His technical knowledge is excellent. Eric is extremely courteous and respected our privacy and the integrity of our home. We highly recommend him as a realtor.
