Abel was amazing from the start we received excellent services. He was honest and guided us during the home buying process and was available and responsive at all times. I work out of town, so my availability was limited and Abel made accommodations that I needed happen. During negotiations, Abel was able to negotiate a great deal for us. Additionally, he connected us with an amazing team of people for everything starting with a great lender who gave us an amazing rate, and even now after closing for home addition/improvement recommendations. A process we through would take months, took way less and we even closed early. Not only was the process smooth, but it encouraged us to continue our path to buy a second property and use Abel as our realtor again.
