Craig is the best realtor in the RGV; he’s hard-working, honest, kind, & connected. Because of his diplomacy, he has great rapport w title companies and realtors in his multiple listing service (MLS). He’s motivated to sell homes quickly. We had 3 offers in 3-4 days; we closed less than 6 wks after putting our home on the market. The bidding war helped us to get more than the selling price and more than the comps in our area.

Chris is awesome to work with. Unprompted, he let us know what comparable homes are listed or recently sold. He gave us great advise on market trends, square footage value, and an eagerness to help us make an informed and comfortable decision. Most importantly, Chris made us feel that he was on our side throughout. When some things came up that made us question whether we should go through with it, Chris was totally supportive and not thinking of the sale for his own benefit. He's a start and a great person. I highly recommend him and GRT.

Chris has spent multiple hours on finding us the perfect fit on the buying end. As for selling, he helped us navigate and get our property sold quite quickly! We have bought 2 condos and sold 1 condo with Chris. He sends me everything new that comes out as he knows we are looking again! He knows I have a very specific list of 'wants' and filters through the new listings so I don't have to!
