Having just completed the selling of our USA property, Eric was with us every step of the way. From the initial contact with Eric ,he always put our interests first and forefront. He was always readily available to answer our questions and was always professional,knowledgeable and patient. Any glitch that came along, he reassured us and dealt with it with ease . He absolutely went above and beyond any realtor we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend him to anyone selling especially if you are from out of country. I got in contact with Eric after hearing several good things from friends who had purchased a home recently and used him as their agent. I found right away that Eric knows the area very well and listened to my idea of "My Perfect Home" Eric took the time and patience in dealing with me as I was very particular on what I was looking for. He provided me with the MLS website so I could also look and see what was out there. When I finally saw a house that I wanted too look at, Eric got me a showing right away. He helped me on the offer and when it was accepted stayed with me till the end. He was very honest and easy going, I did not feel stressed at all. I would definitely recomend Eric to anyone in the Valley who is looking for a Genuine Honest and Respectable Real Estate Agent.
