After interviewing a few agents I picked Endre since he had the most experience and knowledge on buying and selling land in LA. He was very on top of the process and comunicative which was essential since I was across the country, then out of the country for the process. He was honest, transparent, and a pleasure to work with! He sold the land quicker than expected and at a great price! I highly recommend him!

Effectiveness is the word to describe working with Endre. We made initial contact as the buyer, and Endre as seller's agent. After a month of communication, we gladly had him as our dual agent and the escrow was opened. Endre was skillful in working between the seller and buyer. He is truthful and strategic. Endre handled precisely when to add input, when to make suggestions and when to pass on a direct message. Our situation involves many parties. Because of Endre's artful coordination, all were able to accommodate the acceptable and insist the priority. The result was successful. Although most communications were done through emails, we had a brief meeting with Endre in person. He is genuinely warm and collected. The precision of words and graceful kindness coexist in his presence. It's surprising to come across someone not just work fast but has an easeful personality to work with.
