We cannot stress how fantastic Chris was in finding us the perfect property in Malibu. My wife and I contacted Chris last Spring while still living on the East Coast after finding his website, Malibudreamland.com. We saw that he had over 40 years experience with Malibu real estate. We knew enough about the extremely difficult process of getting permits issued that we were very apprehensive about the possibility of falling flat on our faces with the wrong property. If we could have given Chris 10 stars for "local knowledge" and "process expertise" we would have. Chris's advice concerning each property's strong points and weak points with regard to the pitfalls of the permit process was invaluable! We never would have felt comfortable enough to take the plunge without his expert advice. One year ago we did not know Chris. Now, thanks to all of his help he has become a trusted friend that we go to for local advice even outside of the real estate arena. Chris even found us a rental house prior to us arriving in the area to live in during the permit/construction phase. Whether you are new to the area or a local just looking for a change of scenery Chris is your go-to guy! We highly recommend Chris for all your real estate needs!

Chris Frost is one of the most knowledgeable realtors working in the Malibu area. His ability to help the client understand the significance of a survey, geotechnical report, title report, or engineering document is surpassed only by his integrity and genuine desire to see all parties treated fairly. Mr. Frost is keenly aware of the present market value of real estate in the area and well versed in the entitlement process involved in developing raw land. Most recently we listed a vacant parcel with Chris. He brought us a qualified buyer, negotiated a very fair price and represented our interests flawlessly throughout the transaction. When it comes to selling or buying real estate, be it an ocean front home or acreage in the Santa Monica Mountains, there is no one I can recommend more highly than Chris Frost.
