Emily helped me sale my mother’s house. She was very helpful & supportive. She helped to navigate me through the house selling process. She gave me specifics of what needed to be done to ready the house for selling & helped to secure workers for after the inspection & a few items needed addressing. She was very honest with me throughout the entire process.

Emily is wonderful. She helped us purchase a home prior to our move to Georgia. We could only see homes one weekend prior to our move. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us homes that fit. We put in an offer and got accepted that same weekend! The transaction went so great and she was always willing to help in any way. So, when our move out of Ga happened we rented out the home and when it came time to sell, it was a no brainer. We called Emily right away. Within A month she had it photographed, listed and it went under contract. We couldn't have asked for anything better as we were carrying 2 mortgages and some homes were sitting for more than 3 months. She also went out of the country during this time and still got stuff done!! No question about it, I would definitely recommend her for any Real Estate needs!! She rocks...

We have been in our new house for 1 week now. Everything at our closing went smoothly. As for the search, I will have to say we were definitely a challenge for Emily but she took us on just like an expert would. Emily is very organized, knowledgeable and patient. We will definitely recommend her.
