When we decided to make a long distance move from Beaufort to North Augusta we contacted Rob to get his help with the community and the housing market. We were very impressed with Rob's patience and helpful attitude as we made a whirlwind 2 day house hunt in the Aiken/North Augusta area. Thankfully, Rob directed us to the Mount Vintage community where we found the perfect home. After making an offer, we counted on Rob to help us with additional negotiations for furniture and closing dates so we could coordinate with the sale of our home. Because he went well above and beyond for us, the closing went perfectly. Even more impressive is the fact that Rob has contacted us a couple of times since our move to see if there is anything we need. We have been so impressed with him that we have recommended him to two other couples who are also looking to relocate. He made the home buying process smooth and enjoyable.
