We are military and moved here from Maryland, not knowing this is going to be a nightmare! Don't use this relator, and don't trust her agency if they have a house for sale. We ended up closing with them. The inspection people and the VA appraiser missed major construction issues, as electrical hazards and leaking pipes, wrong installed pipes, wrong voltage box. Which were not disclosed anywhere from their seller either. The Pest control had a wiped out white background with a different date on. We are military and we have to face now REPAIRS OF of more than 12 k. It's UNSAFE TO LIVE IN THIS HOUSE. We had several contractors look at it. Beside how Christine filled out the contract looked very unprofessional, like she never done this before. She had several issues doing normal office work. Very unprofessional all in all. She can get 2 stars because she was available to show us a lot of houses in a small period of time although she said first she wasn't available and I asked her to give us a colleague. She wasn't very focused on our sale. I guess after we agreed it didn't matter for her, nor did she bother to greet us in public again. Because we weren't unprofessional and just asked questions where the floor cracks came from (which weren't seen because she turned on the small light strings instead of the overhead and the boards had patterns in it) .So, putting everything together we feel being played and it's a HUGE FINANCIAL burden on our military family.

Even though the sell of my home didn't go through Christine Keller is your go to. She's very knowledgeable. Very responsive to all the questions that I needed answered. She was on point to getting the ball rolling. I didn't have to do anything. She handled everything for me. If you're looking to buy or sell, again Christine Keller is your go to!

Megan was amazing! She was extremely attentive to our wants/needs and helped us stay open minded when looking for our home. Effective communicator and genuinely just a person who is easy to have a conversation with. We are completely satisfied with our experience.

Megan was the most personable agent we've ever met. She listed our home on a Thursday, four showings that Saturday and four offers. We were shocked how quickly it sold. Megan guided us to the best offer and through the whole process of closing. We cannot say enough good about her and sale of our home.

Megan was absolutely amazing, her personality and vibe fit ours perfectly, she made buying our first home easy, it was like we were house shopping with an old friend. 10/10 would deffinatly recommend and use again
