I was thinking about selling my home and Annmarie met with me and explained the process. She is very knowledgeable about the area I live in. I decided I was not ready to sell at this time, she was understanding and offered to help later if I decided to sell at a later date! Ann Marie and team helped us through a very difficult sale that required a tremendous amount of effort on their part. There were multiple points my wife and I wanted to give up but Ann Marie always found a way to save the situation.

Ann Marie began working with my parents ~5 years ago and when I moved to Augusta for medical school -they immediately pointed me in Ann Marie's direction. Ann Marie listened to my desires and was kind enough to introduce me to one of the realtors she works with that she believed to be a good fit for me as a buyer and individual. In turn, I dealt primarily with Frank Dennis. Frank was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, communicative, and professional. I am unsure of how long Frank has been in the real estate business but his demeanor and complete understanding of the market was top notch. I have dealt with realtors in multiple cities and have never had such a positive experience. Thanks Frank!

Ann Marie and her team made the process of selling my mother's house a painless experience. The house sold quickly and they took care of all the details, like choosing someone to clean the carpets and make repairs. They treated my mother with respect and helped her in every way possible, even picking her up for the closing and taking her to the bank to deposit the check. I live out of town and they kept me posted on everything I needed to know. It was extremely comforting to know that everything was being handled so professionally! Ann Marie is amazing!

Wonderful agent, always stayed in touch. Did not list me and leave me. Kept me up to date on market. Her team worked well together. She also sold me another home and was a good buyers agent.
