    Elizabeth helped my wife and I sell our existing home to purchase our dream home in March 2025. We never thought we would have been able to purchase the new home; however, with Elizabeth's expertise of the real estate market, her ability to market our existing home and her negotiation skills representing me as a seller, she was able to attract multiple over asking offers.     Elizabeth assisted us in both the sale of our starter hame and purchase of our new home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us get the best price for our home in Oakley. She was responsive to any and all questions we had through the selling process and even helped us negotiate a 60 day free rent back after the sale of our home. This made things so much easier. On the buying end she helped us find the perfect house for us. She knew what neighborhoods might best suit us (per our “wish list”) and helped us get into our dream home. I would recommend Elizabeth to all my friends and family.

    Elizabeth represented me as a Buyer. We walked many homes together, and Elizabeth was always kind, patient, professional, and personable. She is very responsive, making her client feel as though they are the only one she is working with. After learning my preferences while looking at a couple of homes, she introduced me to the property that , ultimately, I purchased.
