Elise did an outstanding job helping us to both buy and sell our house. Being a military family, we had to sell the house from the other side of the country and Elise handled everything. She coordinated the cleaning and maintenance needed after our tenants moved out, staged and marketed it beautifully, and her advice on pricing was spot on getting us a better price than we had hoped for. As far as communication, she was responsive, available and straight forward. We couldn't recommend her enough!

Elise and Danny were with us from the beginning. From day one, we knew we were in great capable hands. They handled everything for us as we were traveling to include home and lawn maintenance, showings, and negotiations as the market started to fluctuate. There were never any unrealistic expectations set and she was extremely straight forward with us with her recommendations, which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to make realistic and accurate decisions through the entire sales process.
