From start to finish Ed, Susan and the team at Purgason Prime Properties were absolutely amazing. Talk about a full service team, not only did they list, negotiate and sell our house in less than 10 days (unheard of in the December market), but they also referred us to local specialists to assist in getting the house ready for list and getting us out once sold. Shout out to the whole team including the recommended vendors.

Ed and Susan came highly recommended to us, and we have seen firsthand why! They assisted my dad with the sale of his house and are well-versed in the selling process. They know the in's-and-out's of listening to the seller's needs and goals, preparing the house, staging it appropriately, pricing it accurately, and marketing it well; all with the goal of selling a house in the shortest amount of time, for the highest price, with the least amount of disruption. This happened for my dad's house and we are so thankful for Ed and Susan's expert help! They are good listeners and are very easy to communicate with, quickly responding to questions, thoughts, and ideas, and explaining in detail all of the required paperwork. They have a good source list of qualified repair professionals if needed. My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ed and Susan and highly recommend them!

Purchasing our home with Susan and Ed as our agents was a positive experience from start to finish. Within one month’s time not only did we find our new home but closed on it as well. Their negotiating skills and efficient communication with us and vendors made this possible. We always knew they had our best interest at heart and that gave us such a peace of mind.

I had a great experience purchasing my first home with the help of The Purgason team. They stayed up late to answer all my questions when I was signing documents. They were very easy to get a hold of throughout the process and kept me up to date as we neared the closing date. Would definitely recommend!
