Ed and Susan did an amazing job for us as first-time home-buyers. They recommended the best lender, home inspector, were incredible negotiators, and looked out for us every step of the way. So thankful for their team. They truly know how to close a deal and handle all the details in between. As first-time home buyers, we expected to be incredibly overwhelmed and stressed out, but because of their incredible vendors coupled with their years of service in this business, it truly felt like all we did was show up to sign paperwork. Highly recommend!

Really incredible experience. Moving from out of state - purchasing property before ever placing a foot in house. From the beginning, Ed listened to determine what was important to me and my family. I trusted Ed and the team to relay important and accurate information about the considered properties. Just tremendous to have a team behind you during entire experience. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone buying or selling property in the area.

Buying your first home is arguably one of the most stressful points in your life, and a good real estate agent can make all the difference. And what a difference Ed made! My spouse and I just recently finished buying our first home and cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Ed. He genuinely cared about us and brought such a warm and knowledgeable presence - and with great dad jokes to boot! To any other people considering buying their first home: the biggest pro of working with Ed was unexpected, and it was all of the connections he has and relationships he maintains with other businesses. We very quickly realized we could trust Ed with anything, and all of the recommendations for things we didn’t even think of that he gave us along the way saved so much time and effort.
