Got way more than we ask for!!! The hardest part was moving. Very professional! Sold within four days of listing. Closing was very easy. Would differently recommend!!!

Catherine was an amazing agent! She gave us tips to sell our house, which made updates we hadn’t realized were needed until she mentioned them. She always made time to show us new houses while also scheduling open houses for our current home. When we found our perfect new home, her expertise helped us make an offer that was accepted over 5 other offers! She then scheduled an open house for the following weekend, staying late for a last minute family who ended up buying our home. She coordinated all inspections and appointments for both houses and used her resources to get work done on both houses at a reasonable price. When issues occurred 24 hours before the closing of our old house, she handled everything herself professionally so that the closing could take place before NC went into shelter in place. We would recommend Catherine to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house! Professional, efficient, and caring!

Catherine has been our agent for several real estate transactions over the past 13 years. In 2000, she sold our home in less then 45 days and found us a great replacement home. In 2010, during a soft market, she was able to once again sell our home in less than 60 days while negotiating a great deal on our current home. Catherine is very professional, effective, and a pleasure to deal with.
