I can’t say enough great things about DeDe! We faced significant challenges selling our house, including a backyard that wasn’t very marketable, lack of open concept layout, and buyers' mortgage interest wait and see issues early on. Dede was absolutely wonderful to work with. We really appreciated the fact that Dede knew how much our townhome had meant to us and she worked so hard to sell it for us at the best possible price. Her knowledge, expertise and responsiveness was amazing. She totally looked out for us during the whole process and we were able to get our townhome under contract within just a few days.
