Unbelievably Professional, Off-The-Charts Incredible Service that my family is forever grateful for! I have known Eden since we were kids and while we haven’t seen each other in over 20 years, I knew Eden and the people she has surrounded herself with as great people you can trust. When it came time to sell my parents’ home (the house I grew up in) after my dad passed and my mom was moving into assisted living, I needed someone who would manage everything with care, professionalism, and heart. Eden, and her team, was all of that and more! She took full ownership of the entire process. She even has a special relationship with a fantastic team who helps stage, clean, prep and even go through family pictures, heirlooms, and furniture to keep, sell, and donate. They did everything from A-Z. Together they prepped, staged, listed, marketed, sold, and guided us through closing with skill, compassion, and an attention to detail that honestly blew me away. Selling the home you grew up (from 3,000 miles away by the way) is both emotional and daunting. Eden and her team made it as seamless and stress-free as humanly possible. I never had to worry as they were always a step ahead. What could she have done differently? Nothing. Eden exceeded every expectation I had. I would absolutely recommend Eden and her team to anyone. Great Realtor and Team. Eden and her team are wonderful and knowledgeable. House was on the market for 3 days with her and it was sold. Just a great experience. Highly recommend her.

Eden has helped us with several home purchases over the last few years. She and her team are prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. She knows the market and has guided us through finding and closing on a house for our son whose lease was due to expire. We needed a fast closing and she made it happen within three weeks. Highly recommended.

We chose Eden to sell our home for two reasons. First, she had the best track record around in terms of recent closings. Second, she grew up in the same area as the home we were selling so she knew the market and properties well. Turns out we made the right choice! We got a full price offer just 3 days after putting our home on the market. Eden knew how to push the boundaries far enough in setting price without going too high. She and her team helped get workers to the house to make repairs and spruce it up but never made us feel like we were trying to over-improve the house.
