Experienced Realtor Pays Off! Eden’s experience and knowledge of current market conditions locally and nationally truly paid off. She gave great advice on the purchase of our new home while listing our current home. She was smart and told us to take a backup offer and it paid off. Our first deal fell through but we managed to close only 10 days later than original date and made it in before the end of the year. I would highly recommend Eden and her team! You won’t regret it.

Unbelievably Professional, Off-The-Charts Incredible Service that my family is forever grateful for! I have known Eden since we were kids and while we haven’t seen each other in over 20 years, I knew Eden and the people she has surrounded herself with as great people you can trust. When it came time to sell my parents’ home (the house I grew up in) after my dad passed and my mom was moving into assisted living, I needed someone who would manage everything with care, professionalism, and heart. Eden, and her team, was all of that and more! She took full ownership of the entire process. She even has a special relationship with a fantastic team who helps stage, clean, prep and even go through family pictures, heirlooms, and furniture to keep, sell, and donate. They did everything from A-Z. Together they prepped, staged, listed, marketed, sold, and guided us through closing with skill, compassion, and an attention to detail that honestly blew me away. Selling the home you grew up (from 3,000 miles away by the way) is both emotional and daunting. Eden and her team made it as seamless and stress-free as humanly possible.
