From the very first conversation I had with Dustin I knew the process of selling my home was going to be a smooth transaction. Everything we talked about as far as listing price, repairs that might need to be done, and the possibility of offers potentially falling through he reassured me and made me feel 100% comfortable that the sale would get done. His knowledge of the area and constant contact with agents and buyers made the sale completely stress free and I honestly feel I couldn’t have worked with a better agent. Any information he had was passed along to me almost instantly which made me feel like he puts his clients first and tries to maximize profit. I can’t say enough good things about Dustin. Honesty, quick responsiveness, prestige knowledge of the area, and negotiating skills are hard qualities to come by and he possesses them all. Dustin was extremely responsive and took great care of us. His local knowledge of the market brought us multiple offers and we closed the deal in a much shorter period of time than I would have imagined. I can honestly say this was a very smooth transaction, mainly due to Dustin’s hard work and knowledge of the market. I would highly recommend using Dustin and Perez Realty.

Dustin is no doubt great at what he does. His knowledge of availability of homes, as well as knowledge of the area is second to none! Communication was excellent. His attention to detail was on point. Our deal was a rough one and not only did Dustin let us know what was going on every step of the way. He also is great at negotiating with the sellers. He is quick and to the point. He also has great working relationship with other Realtors in this area, which makes the process a lot better. I highly recommend Dustin to anyone buying or selling! Not to mention he is a great person! Much love to this guy. Cant thank you enough! Made our dream come true!
