DJ was the buyers rep for a home we were selling and was very difficult to get ahold of, did not communicate in a timely manner with the sellers agent, and took no initiative when time sensitive matters were affecting the closing of escrow. After moving properties, DJ has not been helpful in supporting the transition with loose ends such as missing packages and mail that was delivered to the home and is now reportedly “lost.” This is not the behavior of a professional in the field that I would recommend working with.

What a guy! Can't recommend DJ enough to people. Help me and my wife through everything and made sure we were being taken care of. When we had any kind of issue, he was there right away to take care of whatever the problem was. Always answers the phone, always responsive. Would highly recommend DJ for anyone! 10/10

DJ was our realtor when we bought our first home in 2019 when we were a family of 5 and he was amazing then! Over the next 6 years he remained close, always kept in touch, checked in, and sent annual Thanksgiving pies. In October 2024 we reached back out to him to potentially sell our 3 bed 2 bath condo and upgrade to our forever home as we were pregnant with our 6th child and would become a family of 8 at the end of November. We fell in love with our first showing and DJ got our offer approved with the contingency to sell our current place. With the economic situation right before the election and high interest rates it was a tough market. The challenge of selling our home was longer than anticipated and we were in escrow for 3 months. Throughout the whole process DJ was our light. He was always right there in our corner and bending over backwards to make things work. He didn’t give up on us and instead showed us he was confident we can persevere through this and get to the finish line! His professionalism, honesty, and expertise is unmatched!
