Doug and Ginger are incredible humans and realtors! They stayed positive, encouraging, honest, and patient with me while I took years to look for the perfect home. As a first time home buyer I couldn't imagine having any other realtors; their communication was always immediate, their timelines/sequence of events were spot on, and they made sure I understood everything every step of the way. I appreciate how much they taught me throughout the process. When I first met them they told me they were going to treat me as one of their own children. I quickly realized what they meant when they voiced financial and safety concerns in each home we looked at. They could have pushed me to buy something that wasn't the right fit so many times, but they truly care about their clients happiness and well being! If you're looking for a realtor who will have your back, show up every time, and never miss a beat- then Doug & Ginger it is! Forever grateful for both of you!

Doug and Ginger Atkins were excellent to work with. They were very knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had a question. They explained the process and assisted me in every step. They made selling my home a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They are genuine and caring people that are looking to serve their clients and assist them in any way they can. They were truly a pleasure to work with.

Doug and Ginger are GREAT to work with. They are very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. First, they listened to what we wanted in a new home (price, size, amenities, area of town, level of remodeling needed, etc.) and had tools to notify us whenever a new listing fit the criteria. They showed us numerous properties and, at times when we got impatient and started to drift off-course, they steered us back by talking us out of properties that didn’t fit us. And when we found properties we wanted, they had an excellent strategy to make us the top offer each time. (We backed out of several of these due to the findings of the home inspection.) Ultimately they got us into a “great fit” property. Then they helped us sell our old home, by being candid and coaching us on tasks to be done (and tasks not needed) to make it market-ready. And they have numerous contacts in various trades to make timely, reasonably priced home repairs if needed. The result? The property sold in just 4 days and we got a substantial amount over a strong asking price. In a nutshell, they are five stars !!

The Atkins Team is a powerhouse when it comes to real estate - both selling and buying! Doug and Ginger represented us for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Doug's knowledge and experience was evident from the day we began discussions, and Ginger's attention to detail went far beyond our expectations. Their understanding of preparation and presentation was key in getting full-price offers that were perfectly in line with his comps. Beyond the basics, Doug and Ginger went far beyond the basics to make sure our home sale went as smooth as possible. Additionally, their assistance and negotiation skills were key in representing us for the purchase of our new home. Despite being an hour away from their office, they made numerous trips to meet and make sure our new home was being completed as promised. They helped orchestrate the two closings to make sure the sale and new purchase fell in line with everyone's schedule.
