Doug and Ginger Adkins “The A team” came highly recommended to my brother and I when we needed to sell our late parents' home. The moment we met Doug and Ginger we felt very comfortable with them, like sitting down with good friends. Our situation was unique, they were understanding, and gave us professional advice without being pushy. We were impressed with their knowledge of the market and how well they worked together as a team. Right away from day one they jumped in working hard with such positive energy, prompt communication each step along the way. We cannot emphasize enough how easy they made the sale of our family home during such a stressful time. The house had so many offers within the first 24 hours, resulting in a much better price than we thought we would receive. I lived with my sister Joanie in Winre Springs, Florida for 3 years and she would occasionally tell me that she ahd the best realtors. I believed her but I didn't realize just how good Doug and Ginger Atkins were until my sister decided to sell her house. Doug and Ginger Atkins got right on the job and throuugh their dicussions with Joanie about the sale I was constantly impressed by their deep knowledge of their filed and the nergy they brought to it. Within a week of her decision to sell we had a dozen serious offers from prospective buyers and Doug and Ginger whittled those down to the half dozen that were most solid and the house was quickly sold. They had the answers for every question and suggestions for making the the sale as smooth and successful (and profitable) as possible. They put us in touch with reliable people to help us to move to our new homes and even knew how best to deal with the furniture and appliances we couldn't take. Doug and Ginger Atkins made this the best home sale I've ever been part of.

Ginger and Doug came in and took control of my difficult home-selling situation. They completely turned my situation around and my house was sold in a slow market. Moreover, their professionalism and confidence put my mind at ease after our first meeting. We loved working with Doug and Ginger Atkins. They truly are the A team. From Day 1 they were great at advising us on how to prepare our house for the sale, and they were always checking in with us about the next step of the process. During showings they immediately let us know what the feedback from potential buyers was.
