Barrett was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and he took care of the whole process. ALL of his recommendations in terms of home prep, pricing, negotiations and closing were perfect. We know thanks to him and his team that we got the best possible market price with very little effort on our part. He runs a smooth turnkey operation and recommend him without hesitation. Class act!

He did what we hired him to do. We are satisfied with the whole experience. We were exposed to some unbelievably ignorant realtors and we were happy that Barrett dealt with most of them for us. It's amazing how many realtors bring buyers to your house to make a sale and they have no idea what they are selling or have a selling strategy

My sister referred me to Barrett Spray when I needed to sell my home. He sold three homes for her. Barrett and his team at Keller Williams Realty exceeded my expectations in selling my home so quickly. They made what I thought to be impossible, possible. Sold in under 30 days! Everyone from the photographer to office personnel treated us as if we were their only clients. They were prompt, professional and informative. They even arranged for a mobile notary to our home for closing to accommodate my husband’s disability. It was very refreshing to know that customer service is not a thing of the past. They work very hard to provide as smooth an experience as possible. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

We recommend Barrett Spray without reservation! He sold three problem properties for us, and we couldn't be happier.
