I purchased my first and now my second home with Donna. I would recommend her to everyone. Donna knows what she’s talking about and gets things done! She makes herself available to her clients and makes looking at house fun.

I would Recommend her to any one she was so wonderful and amazing if I do it again I definitely would choice you to be by myside I loved how she made sure the house I chose was the right one for me and my family she wint let you get something that's not right for you at all that's what I love about her

At a time when homes are selling as soon as they hit the market, property just doesn't seem to have the same appeal. With the low supply of construction materials and significantly higher prices than normal, building is just not profitable. So when Donna put my property on the market for a second time, I was hopeful but my expectations were low. But somehow, less than a month later, we had a contract, and yesterday, we settled. It's because Donna was committed. She was uplifting and creative with who to target and how to market. Her experience and knowledge were reassuring when I just wanted to give up. I am grateful to Donna for her loyalty and drive to see this sale through to the end.

My husband and I were purchasing our first home together and truly did not have a lot of knowledge pertaining to the process. Donna was extremely patient with us through all of our questions and home tours! Even when we kept going back and forth in our decisions, she listened, gave professional advice, and continued to remind us that purchasing a home is a huge decision and that we should not be afraid to ask the questions before making the decision. I seriously could not have made it through this process without her!!

Donna was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable and responsive! From the very beginning, even when we were just browsing as a passive buyer, she set us up with our own search and would take us out to houses we wanted to see for a number of months. It worked so well we we were able to see our new house on the first day it was available, from one of her lists. She took us out to see it immediately and we loved it so much we put in an offer that day. Come to find out there were multiple offers on the house, thankfully ours was accepted! Only problem was we had to put our house on the market within 7 days! Not only did we get our house on the market, but we had our first offer within the first day! After the 3rd day we had over 5 viable offers and chose one over $6k above asking price, without seller help! None of that would have happened without her guidance, knowledge and connections! I would highly recommend Donna to buy or sell your home!
