I had been looking for a house for a little under a year when I decided to switch realtors and I am so happy that I found Donna Jarock! She found me a house and I was under contract in less than a weeks time. There was one other offer put in on the property at the time I made my offer and I know having Donna Jarock as my realtor made the difference. Her expertise and quick responses helped me get chosen over the other offer. She was communicative throughout the entire process. Answered any questions I had, night and day, and was a great place to bounce ideals as we worked through the offer into inspection objections. The right realtor does really make all the difference. Donna's expertise showed through the entire engagement. I highly recommend working with her.

I was extremely impressed by Coldwell Banker R.E. Agent Donna M Jarock as the selling agent for our condo. She was extremely professional and responsive to all our concerns. She kept us well informed throughout the process and utilized every available resource.
