Donna's complete skill level across the spectrum of selling property is the best I have ever encountered. Not only does she know real estate and all facets of a transaction, but she is extremely knowledgeable in local town ordinances and requirements. In addition, her background enables her to have constructive and pointed discussions with lawyers often times leading/guiding the process thereby ensuring no stone left unturned. I am so fortunate to have found Donna. The support she gave me every step of the way with my home purchase surpassed all my expectations. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and was always available to answer my questions. In many ways, she became more like a friend or family member who I could count on during this sometimes challenging process. Donna went out of her way to provide information and made the experience as effortless as possible. I have worked with many other realtors in the past, but Donna is truly one of a kind. In fact, I was so impressed with her that I then enlisted her for the sale of my home. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home.

Previous attempts to sell my mother's house were unsuccessful. Donna was able to get multiple offers right away. She communicated regularly with us to answer questions, give advice, and help with any issues that came up. Donna knows the area well and is very knowledgeable of local laws and ordinances. I so much appreciated that she showed concern for my mother's health issues.
