Dan Simms helped us buy our home on Barnegat Bay, he is one of the best real estate agents we've worked with. He is a pleasure and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He was always responsive and offered valuable insight on all aspects of the process, we hope to work with him again

Five stars all around for Dan! My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home in Barnegat, NJ and We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us through the process. He is super friendly and easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and very patient. He takes his time showing you each house and answering any questions or concerns. Even in this tough market Dan was able to find us a home for a very reasonable price. We put in an offer and within hours it was accepted. He always worked his schedule around ours. We just told him a time and he made sure to be there. His wife is also an awesome realtor so they work as a great team. If you need a home inspector, lawyer, contractor, etc, they got you covered! Dan really goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets done. If we ever need a realtor again in the future Dan will absolutely be our first call! We highly recommend giving Dan a call if you’re ready to buy/sell your home! You won’t be disappointed!

What can I say - so much went wrong with the house, not the sale but the house itself. Post home inspection everything that could go wrong did inclusive of a broken sprinkler system but, Camille was always so calm in dealing with the crazy client that I quickly became! I checked off good for advertising because I don't know what other options there may have been but it was shown frequently so I can't see that anything else could have been done. Either way, I'd send her to the Golden Gate Bridge to talk folks off the ledge - I think she could even do that!
