If you are looking for a realtor, absolutely consider Michael Harbord. My family recently used him for the sale of a beloved family home. Michael is transparent, ethical, a great communicator, strategic in his decision making, knowledgeable about the area, very quick to respond, and fun to work with. Michael helped us even before we signed up for him to represent us. He did a courtesy walk through to discuss the condition of the property and gave us tips for cosmetic fixes that would enhance the sales value of the property. His pragmatic approach to this ensured we worked on the most helpful items needed, and resulted in our home selling in under two weeks. During the initial engagement, when we officially signed with Michael, he was patient, and readily explained his strategy, ways of working and answered questions fired off by four demanding siblings. Michael handled this with ease and stuck with us for hours as the siblings debated decisions. The actual listing looked amazing, super professional photos, drone shots, clear description, and a great representation of the house. Michael hooked us up with an app so we could see realtor activity, which was helpful to determine how things were going. He also asked how often and how we would like to communicate, taking into account our preference, availability, and prefered method consistently throughout the experience. An early offer came in that would have resulted in Michael benefiting by taking the entire brokerage fee. He transparently and ethically shared these details with us, and told us it was not in our best interests. Stronger offers came in and Michael was diligent about pursuing proof of funds. We spent countless time weighing the pros and cons of offers, with Michael offering strategy, but never overstepping into pressure or decision making for us. I also like how Michael treated other agents with respect and transparency. He does business the way I would, there were no tricks, nothing I'd feel bad about, he was just there to ensure we got the best offer. In the end we got an offer over asking in under two weeks, and I think Michael was a big part of our success. If you have a chance to work with Michael and his team, run, don't walk, and sign him up! Highly recommend.

Kayla is a personable agent to work with who listens to the needs of the clients. She was always available to take our calls and answer any questions we had. There were never any delays and her knowledge in both the area and real estate guidelines were helpful.

Michael was a tremendous help with advice as to what to "spruce up" that was very inexpensive and added to the sale price as well as making my property more attractive to potential buyers . . . He was also invaluable with his knowledge of what the listing price should be within the current market conditions . . . He communicated often and was very responsive to my call/texts. This, coupled with the fact that he is a really nice person with 30 years in the business, makes him an ideal choice when deciding who to help you sell/buy real estate. He also works well with a laundry list of real estate agents that have clients looking to buy or sell. . I can't stress enough about using Michael to help you sell or buy real estate when deciding who to use that works hard for you and is trustworthy. .
