I have known Dominic Santoni for a long time, as he has been a good friend of my daughter's since grade school, and is the high quality, great character, wonderful type of friend any parent would want their children to be associated with. Today, Dominic, is an absolutely outstanding and exceptional Real Estate Agent, and proved such while representing me, the Successor Trustee of my parents irrevocable Trust. A Trust Sale can be a very complex and sensitive transaction, and involving certain disclosures and advisories that are different from a Standard Sale. Dominic was instrumental in ensuring I understood every word of the contract and disclosures, and the 48 page document the Title Company sent me. He took the time to go over all of it with me. His work ethic is few and far between, and unlike anyone I know. He ensures his client is well taken care of, and he ALWAYS makes himself available to his client, regardless of time of day/night. Rest assured, if you leave him a message, he will respond within one day, if not sooner!! He hustles. Dominic held 5 open houses on my parents home in 11 days! He works hard for his client. We had 7 offers on the house within a VERY short time frame, and because of his EXCEPTIONAL NEGOTIATING SKILLS, we closed escrow with a remarkable, super sweet deal!!!! Although Dominic did many wonderful and caring things to take good care of our parents home and sensitive to their personal belongings, as well as how I was doing, because it was hard to sell my parents home of 50 years, he took his personal time to go the extra mile on numerous occasions. He truly cares. Dominic is an expert at his craft. He is honest and full of integrity. He Was able to answer any question I had and always answered my texts and calls. Dominic went to battle for me against slow loan agents, a slow listing agent that frankly didn’t care, and unforeseen issues with the house. Dominic kept everyone and everything moving and on task and made sure I didn’t get screwed over in anyway. He even helped me move into my house when other people flaked last minute. He is a pleasure to work with and he is the only real estate agent I will ever use and or refer to family and friends. If you are looking to buy/sell a house, Dominic is the man for the job!
