I have known Dominic Santoni for a long time, as he has been a good friend of my daughter's since grade school, and is the high quality, great character, wonderful type of friend any parent would want their children to be associated with. Today, Dominic, is an absolutely outstanding and exceptional Real Estate Agent, and proved such while representing me, the Successor Trustee of my parents irrevocable Trust. A Trust Sale can be a very complex and sensitive transaction, and involving certain disclosures and advisories that are different from a Standard Sale. Dominic is an expert at his craft. He is honest and full of integrity. He Was able to answer any question I had and always answered my texts and calls. Dominic went to battle for me against slow loan agents, a slow listing agent that frankly didn’t care, and unforeseen issues with the house. Dominic kept everyone and everything moving and on task and made sure I didn’t get screwed over in anyway. He even helped me move into my house when other people flaked last minute. He is a pleasure to work with and he is the only real estate agent I will ever use and or refer to family and friends. If you are looking to buy/sell a house, Dominic is the man for the job!

Dominic was our real estate agent when my husband and I bought our first home. We connected through Zillow and it was the best thing to happen to us! Dominic is so hard-working and dedicated to helping people find their dream home. My husband and I have difficult work schedules, but Dominic was more than willing to work with us and meet us for showings at odd times of the day. His knowledge and expertise made this process very easy for us. Dominic connected us to a new lender when we got a bad appraisal and were out of options and almost lost our house. I am a first time home owner and was fortunate enough to be referred to Dominic. I wanted to be in a house quick and he was patient with all my questions and he made me so comfortable to be able to ask questions.
