We had a wonderful experience with Denise. She is down to earth, knowledgeable, very responsive. I would highly suggest her as a realtor. She goes above and beyond even after the sale is final. We were so appreciative for her hard work.

My husband and I are so happy that we chose Denise to be our realtor! Denise and Bob are friendly, responsive, and have excellent communication skills. They are family oriented and were so considerate and understanding of us having young children and a dog in the house when we were listing it for sale. Denise explained the buying/selling process every step of the way, and was available to answer all of our questions-even through the “new rules” of the pandemic. When our house was listed, we had an influx of interest and Denise made sure she was available to communicate with other agents and scheduled over 25 showings in one weekend. We were so appreciative of the work that Denise put into selling our home and we were very impressed with her work ethic. We had multiple offers on our house within the first 24 hours, and I believe that is thanks to Denise’s quality marketing skills and professionalism. You definitely want someone who is willing to put time and effort into your individual real estate transaction and we truly felt that she was always available to support us through the entire process. I have referred Denise to multiple friends and family members already and will continue to use her as our realtor for any future transactions. Denise, once again, was awesome to work with. A few years ago I purchased a house through her and remained in contact over the years. When I was ready to buy my next house, I knew exactly who to call. She helped us find the perfect house right before COVID began. We dealt with many days of not knowing what was going to happen. Denise was there ever step of the way. Once we closed and moved in Denise listed my old house and is was under contract in just 2 Days!! I can’t thank her enough and I will definitely be using her again in a few years!

Denise was an awesome realtor who I would recommend to anyone! She was available 24/7 to meet all of our needs! She both sold our home and got us into our dream house! When a buyer was trying to take advantage of us and the Covid situation, she quickly stepped in and found us new buyers in just 3 days! We even got full asking price with no seller assist!!!!
