Deedra was very easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during our house hunting process. She understood what we were looking for immediately and got us appropriate house viewings. Deedra was available around the clock for viewings during unsociable hours and never let up in the search for our perfect home. During the closing process Deedra was efficient and extremely responsive - communicating with us quickly, despite us being out the country. She made a potentially stressful process very easy to complete. I can not recommended her highly enough.

Deedra has sold 3 houses for me. All 3 were under contract in 2 weeks for close to asking price. She also arranged the purchase of our current house, getting the seller to knock 10k off asking price, and provide 10k towards our closing costs. I recommend Deedra highly. She is knowledgeable, energetic, and always responds to phone calls and emails immediately.

Deedra is amazing! We needed to either sell or rent our house (moved cross country-from New Jersey to Arizona) and our agent that was with us while we bought our house, 3 years ago, never returned our calls (2 weeks we waited!) I was then told about Deedra. I WISH I would have known her when we bought our house! She eased all of our anxiety and made the process of renting our property go very smoothly. Even while we were traveling and getting settled in Arizona, Deedra kept us well informed on everything that was happening. She went above and beyond our expectations as an agent. We look forward to doing business with her again when our tenants need to renew their lease/or if we need to find new tenants.

We just used Deedra to buy our first home. She was more than accommodating with us through the process. We began looking on and off more than a year prior and she stuck with us through all of it. Anytime we called she would drop what she was doing to meet with us. When we finally decided on a home she was there every step of the way! She made the process very easy as first time buyers. I feel we not only found an excellent realtor but also gained a friend in the process!

My husband and I worked with Deedra to help us find a house and the experience could not have been better. She spent time showing us houses we favorited on Zillow, but we ended up buying a home that she found for us that ended up suiting our needs perfectly! She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure our closing process went smoothly. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially military families like us who are moving across the country. :)
