Kevin an amazing realtor. He is always quick to respond and take action. He handled the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. He made each process much less stressful. He came greatly recommended from a friend and he’s already been recommended by us to 3 other family members. Best realtor ever!

Kevin is the best realtor I ever known. He guided me to buy my dream home and negotiated a better price. He answers calls and texts immediately and is very caring and patient. Never complained on touring many homes from all areas. He also help me to be eased buying a home in another state using all modern tools. He was my there when I did a virtual inspection, as my eyes and ears, making sure all was in order. He is so good that he is our family realtor. Three other relatives got their dream homes with him. And I have a colleague who hired him as well. I was blessed to have a realtor like him during my process. I will give him 150% rate because he goes beyond other realtors.

When I started searching for realtors in the area, Kevin came up as the #1 recommendation. After a previous poor experience with a realtor, my parents found working with Kevin a dream come true. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and upbeat. He answered or found answers to all their questions, walked them through every step of the process, negotiated on their behalf, and in the end, got their home sold in a short amount of time for full asking price. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to have on our side. He made a nerve-wracking process as smooth as he possibly could, and with a smile. I can't recommend him highly enough.

My wife and I really appreciated Kevin helping us find & close on our dream home! Kevin answered every call & text to help us through the process. Kevin was nothing but exceptional during the entire process- especially as a first time home seller. He was thorough, punctual, caring, straight to the point, extremely communicative and was ALWAYS on top of everything. Kevin made sure to explain all the unknowns and walk us through everything with a great attitude (and humor). He ensured we understood every aspect and was our quarterback- ready for some action. We sincerely appreciate his dedication- he is a Master Jedi at what he does! He went from a being realtor to “Uncle Kevin” (yes, my daughter officially welcomed him to the family).
