We had a great experience with Deborah. She was very well informed, helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We were very hesitant to use a realtor but she far exceeded our expectations and did a wonderful job for us. Would highly recommend her services and we are so glad we contacted her to list our property. Will definitely use her again if we are in need of a realtor.

Months before securing Deborah Sharp to sell my house, I contacted Real Estate Agents I Trust. Within literally a day I was chatting with Deborah, explaining the complex situation I was in with an inheritance property that was involved in a court partition. Over the subsequent approximately 6 months, Deborah would drop me a casual email checking on how the legal process was proceeding. I tremendously appreciated her continual contact, which never crossed the line into being annoying. When the time came to finally put the house up for sale, I ignored the recommendation from my lawyer. Deborah Sharp was the ONLY realtor I considered. The prior year-long, horrific, traumatic legal situation became a breeze once Deborah took the reins. She kept me informed every step of the way, and I can assert that I never sent a text that wasn't answered within minutes. Due to the unusual circumstances, the selling procedure was complex and an array of problems arose, yet Deborah handled each one deftly and confidently. At times she donned the hat of a therapist, helping me through the emotional struggles! The house sold 3 weeks (give or take) after being listed, and although the escrow process dragged out due to the mortgage company, Deborah made it happen. I truly cannot thank her enough and wish I could rate her 10 STARS!

Deborah was very patient and understanding with our needs and local contact to find the right home for us. When the sellers change title company in the middle of the process, she kept us informed and struggled with us to close on the purchase and negotiate money to make repairs found during the inspection.
