James did an outstanding job listing and quickly finding a buyer for property we were selling. The property we owned was in an older neighborhood which had other similar listings that had been on the market for awhile. Jame's analysis of the property and the price to list he recommended proved to right on. Within 2 week's from initial listing he found a buyer and we completed the sale. James displayed tremendous professionalism and commitment throughout the process and made sure we got the best price possible. My wife and I are truly grateful to have found James and would "Highly" recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

James worked with my wife and I to purchase a home in Gulfport, MS. He did a fantastic job of keeping us abreast on the status, letting us know different options and the ramifications of each. Even when we initially were not successful, he kept in touch with us. I would definitely use him again.

Was a super job with a difficult property. Excellent recommendations on skilled roofer to address issues, and to meet insulation shortfalls. Provided masterful advice on price reductions to attract lookers and eventual purchasers.
