Hired Jim Mickelson as my listing agent and he agreed to sell my home for 2% commission however he changed the contract to receive 3% commission. Attempted to contact Jim by phone to reconcile the discrepancy however he did not answer phone and responded by email and text message. I then attempted to contact the Agency where he works to mitigate the discrepancy however this fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend Jim or any of his associates based on their dishonesty and shady practices.

Jim, Helped us buy our new home. He understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us what we wanted to see. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

We were new to the area and just wanted to see what the area houses looked like inside so we stopped at his open house. It was like fate-we must have been there asking questions an hour. Before we left, we decided to have him show us more houses all over Maricopa. Jim is a very observant person that listens to every word we say and seems to know what we want, need, do not like etc. He is very intelligent, easy to talk to, reliable and fun person to be around. He was not pushy and gave us the time we needed. He even went to the Design Center to help us design our new home every time we went which we were amazed at. We wholeheartedly recommend Jim.

Jim Mickelson was my buyer's agent in 2013 and then my seller's agent for the same property in 2015. I am completely satisfied with everything that he did and I would recommend him as a real estate agent either for a buyer or a seller without question. Jim listed my property and it sold within 8 weeks for the full asking price. Jim is a long time resident of the area and he knows the local real estate market inside and out. From my experience Jim knows what he is doing and he gets results.

Jim Mickelson is phenomenal at what he does. When using Jim to buy or sell a house you can expect him to be honest with you and protect your best interest. You can also expect if a potential real estate deal is meant to be and right, he will get it done quickly, if it's not the best deal for you he will steer you away from it. My uncle used Jim to buy his oceanfront home, and then sell it a few years later, making a great profit and a pleasant experience for my uncle. My uncle speaks very highly of Jim's expertise and of Jim as a person. I decided I would give Jim a try on my home. I then used Jim to sell my house, and experienced excellent results. When I sold my home the entire process took less than 3 weeks with Jim's assistance. One of my favorite traits about Jim is the fact that he is very familiar with all the real estate laws, he doesn't miss any minor details, he ensures that you and the buyer are fully disclosed of all details, possible downsides, benefits, etc.. I would only use Jim when buying or selling a home in California. Thank you Jim Mickelson!
