Dawn shows up to the property un announced raises the rent every chance that she gets Even though she knows it’s a small young family trying to take care of there kid and it is hard enough in San Diego don’t let this greedy lady get you . Choose another Realotor who still has a heart . This lady charged us 250$ for a broken ring camera that was left at the property we rented and was thrown away also screens that were there since 1990,s . Her and her best friend LUPE that we gave so much furniture away to to give to her grandson still owe us over 1000$ . Please just give us what you owe us as a manager it is your job as well who is responsible for doing your diligences for your client and the home owner even though she is your friend as well which you have not done at all. Use this lady to rent your properties if you want to catch a case .
