David Pannell is an individual with not real care for people. You should care for buyers and sellers regardless as to whether or not they are your clients. You call yourself marine, nice guy but you lack of respect and consideration for others. He made an appointment for 2 hours to see my property (very unusual appointment) he didn't came, he didn't have the decency to cancel and wrote a review of a house he didn't see. There are families living in those houses for sale, families with little children, families that work hard to have the house ready for visitors, families that stop their lives, run out, leave the house for visitors. Do you feel that? Probably not Mr nice guy.

David sold our home October 2017. He was extremely helpful and has a solution and contacts for that will work with you to get your home ready for a new family to enjoy! We were so blessed to have him during our selling and didn’t have to worry about a thing. I HIGHLY recommend Cities! Thank you David!

Chad was very committed to finding the perfect house for my family. He showed us 30+ homes until we found the right one and his enthusiasm was the same on the 30th as it was on the 1st. Communicated very well throughout the whole process and was an enjoyable experience!!

Being a first time home buyer, I was very grateful to have an agent on my team as knowledgable, responsive, and attentive as Chad. There are so many different processes to go through that I was unfamiliar with, and Chad took the time to explain and make sure I felt comfortable with what I was doing. He fought for what we wanted as buyers, and never veered away from the end goal. He made it a point to be there at the inspection when I couldn't, and changed his schedule when I last minute had to change the time of closing so he could be with us again. Chad was professional through out the entire process, and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Local knowledge should really be 6 stars! My first time home buying experience was amazingly less stressful than anticipated solely due to Chad “knowing his stuff!” Thanks for answering every phone call/email/text/FaceTime and question I had — absolutely great to work with!
