Me and my wife found Elise Sessions to be a top-notch, top-tier realtor. She's very experienced, professional and well connected. Her market analyses are always spot on, and she will always do her best to sell your property. When our house didn't sell as fast as we would've liked, Elise told us exactly what was wrong and what we needed to do. After we made the necessary repairs and improvements, our house sold in less than 2 months. And that was during a slow season. You'd be doing yourself a disservice to look past Elise.

Elise Sessions is an AMAZING realtor. She makes you feel comfortable throughout the process; she is very insightful and knowledgeable! We put our house for sale and within the first couple of days we received multiple offers! She was very responsive throughout the process through phone calls and emails. She answers questions in a professional manner and always keep your interests as her priority. She is aggressive in her marketing of your home and goes above and beyond her job. She is highly recommended! If you are looking for results, contact her right away! We sold our home in less than a week and closing less than a month!

Selling a house can have ups and downs emotionally. Things unexpected can come up... life is still happening, you still get up go to work, still taking care of family, so many things that are being juggled. Through out this process, through this phase of life "selling my first house" Elise made things better and easy. A few things came up while trying to sell my house and the whole time she was calm and encouraging. There were times where I would be frustrated with some things out of our control and as always Elise was professional and calm, she was always thoughtful and wise... she knows how this process works, all the ups and downs to selling a house, and was able to encourage me and give me a moral boost when needed, but also she knew how to handle bad news or unexpected things. Elise is a awesome... I actually bought my first house with her, and there was a reason I came back to Elise to sell my house, she is simply the best.
