Michael was an absolute godsend during my first home-buying experience. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. No matter the time, he was always quick to answer calls or texts and never once made me feel silly for talking through all my thoughts and questions. His patience, guidance, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even exciting. I cannot recommend Michael and his incredible team enough — they are simply the best.

Dave was absolutely terrific to work with! He made selling our home a breeze. We were first time sellers and he couldn't have made it simpler for us. He handled absolutely everything, from sending us the paperwork, to booking painters, cleaners, stagers...we handed him the keys and it was in his hands! He kept us up to date with any new info as it came up, and he was always available to text or for a phone call. He went above and beyond with social media posts, buying ads, and hosting an open house to make sure there were eyes on our house in a rough time for selling. Moving and selling can be a very stressful experience, but Dave genuinely made it as easy as possible. My husband and I cannot recommend him enough! We will definitely be telling all our friends and family to use him in the future.

Michael did a great job with assisting with selling my home to scheduling the open house and keeping me informed along the way. Made things simple throughout the process especially when I thought things were going to be hard. He has a great team and makes himself available for his customers via texts, calls and emails. His negotiating skills helped me achieve my goals of what I wanted out of my house sale.

Michael went above and beyond to help us sell our home and purchase a new home. He offered a plethora of information for both selling and buying. He took time to contact us every step of the way. He offered and set up reputable contractors to get everything completed quickly to sell. He was available at all times when we needed him; he made stressful situations manageable. I feel blessed to have worked with him and know him. He is a genuine person who found his calling. I will have him as my realtor again.

Michael was amazing to work with! He made buying our new home feel so easy and stress-free. He always stayed in touch, answered all of our questions that we had and really made sure we felt comfortable through the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
