Mike is a professional and understood my goals and needs. I purchased the home from Mike and this is why I called him when I was ready to sell. He set up the sale and found the type of buyer I was hoping to sell my home to. Ultimately it was a win/win for both buyer and seller. Also, I think my neighbors will be happy with the family who is moving in. Closing went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for more.

Michael did an excellent job helping me sell my investment property. He is very knowledgeable with the Baltimore market and made recommendations to ultimately help me sell. Michael is professional, readily available, and goes above and beyond (ie working during family vacation). An overall pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Michael was a excellent realtor who did wonderful work for us. He went above and beyond even when our loan started to go pear-shaped. He was always professional and even worked holidays to get us the home we wanted. Would definitely work with him again.
