If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, Dave is your guy. At our very first meeting, Dave set up an interactive website with filters to show houses that are within our budget, in the areas of the city we wanted to live, and with all the amenities and features we wanted to include or exclude. The website was so critically helpful in our selection process to be able to find houses that both my husband and I loved. Dave’s expertise served us well from the very first meeting all the way through showings, offers, escrow, and closing. I’ve worked with several realtors in the past and Dave was far and above the most knowledgeable and helpful.

For most people, selling a property is rare and is never an easy undertaking. David made the process very smooth, from organizing repairs and renovations to promoting and managing the sale. Mine was not a large property but I felt as if I was receiving the same priority and attention to detail as someone with a much more valuable home to sell. I highly recommend him.

It's a pleasure to recommend Dave Goodman to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He's just completed doing both for me and I'm giving him my highest commendations. My house sold for more money than I was asking for, after a short bidding competition. The home I purchased was less than the asking price, with additional repairs included. What more can you ask for? These were both rather complicated transactions. Mr. Goodman is a consumate professional with excellent experience, advice, industry connections and communication skills. He was constantly in helpful communication with all the interested parties, realtors, escrow, funding, etc. He was creative, calm, good natured. I was always well-informed. I am very pleased with the results and I'm sure you will be too.

Dave was exactly the committed, experienced professional I needed. I had a distressed and unusual property I knew would be difficult to sell; from the initial consultation through months of dogged determination to the challenges of a delayed closing, he was there, solid and dependable, working at all hours to make things happen for me. He's extremely knowledgeable about current market conditions and the ins and outs of the negotiating process. In an industry full of questionable characters, Dave is the real deal.
