I had such an incredible experience working with David Giambruno! From start to finish, he made purchasing my first home completely seamless. His experience really showed- every step was handled with confidence, clear communication, and genuine care. What stood out most was how friendly and motivated David was throughout the journey. He truly listened to what we wanted, and I always felt heard. Our first (and only) offer was accepted- David is an amazing negotiator and made it happen! The entire process felt smooth, professional, and enjoyable from beginning to end. I was greeted with a "HOME" balloon arch after getting the keys, which was such a sweet touch and something I'll always remember. Thanks to David, we found exactly what we were looking for and felt supported the whole way. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

David was exceptionally helpful during the purchase of our first home during the COVID pandemic. David and VKG team recently helped us purchase our dream home, while also providing support to sell our current home within only 5 days of the listing date! David has been incredibly thoughtful and helpful during this stressful time, and has provided support and preferred vendors as we prepared for the sales/and purchase of our new homes. I typically am not a writer of reviews but felt compelled to post my unbelievable experience with David and his team. From start to finish, in every aspect, David and his team exceeded my expectations in every measurable category. They worked at my pace, answered every question, got my house in the best position to sell. We had a nonstop parade of people viewing my house and after just a few days we had nearly a dozen offers ending with a price that well exceeded my greatest expectations! 100% David will be my guy on every real estate transaction in our future. In a sea of real estate people, David is a “pros pro“!

David was fantastic! As first-time home buyers, we didn’t know much about the process and David really helped us. David also advocated for us with the seller in our buying process and really took the extra time to answer all the little questions we had. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a home and I hope he can help us out in the future if we are ever looking for a home in the area again.

WOW! After working with David. I am at a loss for words. As a person, he's already amazing but as a realtor that represented us as Buyers, he's exceptional. So professional and so efficient. He has insane knowledge of the area and of this industry. When we first met, he asked on a verbal deal (I bet it would have been handshake but since we're in a pandemic, that wasn't possible) that the only thing he asked of us was that if he gives us his time, we give him ours. What's also amazing is that with each house we went to see, he brings up great points in regards to the functionality and things to consider. When it came to putting down offers. He always went through the disclosures with us and made sure we understood all aspects of what they said and what would be a competitive offer. He respected our wishes but also made sure to think on what can get us our dream home. Seriously, such a cool / down to earth man that knows the business. BEST REALTOR EVER. We'll be using him for all our future real estate needs.
