My husband and I were living in Maui,Hawaii when in 2020 We decided to make a move back to the mainland. South Carolina intrigued us and we went online to investigate the area. We ended up getting connected with David Cross almost immediately. He was very helpful with listening to our desire to visit the area. We started to head to South Carolina in April but due to the pandemic our plans were delayed until September. When we finally arrived David made plans to meet with us and take us around to show us properties. We had always bought new construction in the past so David was prepared to take us around to new building sites. On our last day of the visit David took us to Hampton Lake in Bluffton. We fell in love almost immediately. We flew back to Hawaii and made the decision to purchase a lot. From there it has been a whirlwind for us. We sold our Maui home in two days and started packing for a very long move. David was helpful when we needed to rent a home. I called him for advice and he even went to video tape a rental listing for us. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to move to "The Low Country" to give David Cross a call.

David was one of the best realtors we have ever used. It took us quite awhile to make a decision to actually move forward in the buying process but he was very patient and continued to show us properties, always fine tuning the showings based on our reactions to condos that we had seen previously. David does not make you feel pressured and helps you to identify the pluses and minuses of each place. When we finally made a purchase, he connected us with the right people and stood by us throughout the sale and closing. Besides his knowledge and professionalism he is just a genuinely nice guy.
