Dave is an unbelievable agent - and that's actually not a hyperbole: He combines his deep knowledge of home construction and DIY improvements, keen ability to conduct thorough research of the market, extremely personable and very personal approach, and an uncanny level of care and understanding of other's needs, and he delivers results. We started our journey with Dave in December 2023, and he sincerely took the time to learn our "absolute not"s and our "must have"s, applying that knowledge to his searches. He was *so* generous with the deep knowledge he has so diligently gained over the years, pointing out what to look for in home construction, what pitfalls to avoid, and what seemed impossible to us but could be fixed. Atop all this (and most importantly to me and our family), his gut instincts - having deeply studied the local housing market for several years - truly and honestly saved us on several occasions from making some major homebuying mistakes.
