Darrin was awesome. Very informative, not too pushy. I really appreciated how he handled a very unusual and uncomfortable situation at closing, with just the right amount of sternness and compassion. When he says he is there to support you as your agent, he means it. Very personable and professional.

I'm so thankful to have had Darrin as my realtor. I was new to the home-searching and -buying process, and Darrin happened to be the person who met me at the first property I requested to see via Trulia. Right off the bat he pointed out reasons why I probably wouldn't want that house, and reasons why it would be hard to re-sell; he didn't know me, but immediately he was on my side, thinking both about my needs in a house and about future resale value. He always talked very openly and frankly about the merits and faults of each house we visited. Darrin helped me find a house that is absolutely perfect for me! He is honest and ethical, and I know he worked very hard on my behalf through some difficult conversations with the sellers' agent. He came to the inspection and closing and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He's the best...very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and hard-working. I can't recommend him enough.

Darrin was a great agent to work with. Even though I was not able to secure the property that I viewed, Darrin helped me with my many questions and has continued sending similar properties. His help was greatly appreciated. When I am ready to look again and even sell my current property, I will most likely look to Darrin for that assistance! Thank you Darrin!
