Zach was wonderful to work with before, during and after the sale of our Mom's home. His level of professionalism is outstanding, he kept our family updated on questions from the potential buyers, remained steadfast with showing the home as well as getting negotiations going during the offer process. Our family's experience working with Zach was excellent! You can count on Zach to follow through as he is a very honest and a hard working agent. He makes it happen and gets the job done efficiently and in a timely manner.

Working with Lydia has been wonderful! She is so thoughtful and caring and when you need an answer to a question, she is there for you. If she doesn't know the answer, she will get the answer as soon as possible! She's helped us so much in buying our first home and even got us a gift for our home! The communication department is definitely not lacking with Lydia! She communicates everything and leaves nothing out! If there is anything that may be foggy or unclear, she will clear it up for you! Lydia is wonderful, polite, and will go out of her way to get something or do something for you. She is so helpful, I would recommend her for anyone who desires a great agent to work with!

We have always had a plan to get back to eastern States to be closer to family & Eastern Tennessee was our dream location. When it came to choosing a realtor, we wanted someone born & raised here, pro-active, flexible & patient. (And with a veteran owned company). We interviewed several agents over the last year when then a veteran friend I served with in Niota recommended Hero Homes/eXp Realty before we made a final decision. So we made the call & we knew instantly Tonia was the perfect fit. She was extremely patient with our questions anytime, day or night. She was very professional, knowledgeable, gave us valuable advice and always acted in our best interest. Tonia’s entire team was amazing! They consistently communicated with us to inquire if we needed anything, had any questions & ensure we were happy. Tonia personally guided us through the entire process & we can honestly say this was the smoothest home purchase we have ever experienced! My advice to potential buyer or seller, give eXp a call, ask for Tonia & put your mind at ease. She truly helped make our dream come!

Unfortunately, working with this agent was frustrating from start to finish. She consistently acted in the interest of the seller, despite representing our buyer group, and made it difficult to move the deal forward. Communication was unclear, and it often felt like she forgot who her client was. Would not recommend for investor transactions or any deal requiring clarity and alignment.
