This was the second time I’ve worked with Tonia. She was able to negotiate a great deal on the property I sold. Tonia was very responsive to all my needs. She had all the necessary contacts to find and evaluate the septic system, and worked very well with buyers lender. I will definitely use Tonia again.

Darren (Butch) did an excellent job helping me to set a fair, reasonable and competitive price for my land. He aggressively advertised it and provided me with excellent pricing strategy upon receipt of offers for the land. I highly recommend him. He gets the job done.
