    Tonia is an exceptional agent. She is easy to contact and responds quickly, even at 5am. I appreciated her positive attitude and sense of humor when selling our homes. We also bought a home and she was great at guiding us through this process until we found the perfect one. Tonia was patient with us and crazy our situations. I will miss her laughter.

    We toured a property advertised as 3.3 acres. During the showing, the agent stated that some portion of the land “might not be included” in the sale but was unable to clarify whether that disputed land was part of the advertised 3.3 acres or how much acreage might be excluded. We asked repeatedly, both on site and over multiple follow-ups, for a clear answer to a very basic question: whether the acreage being discussed was included in the 3.3 acres or whether the total land would be reduced if the seller retained part of it. That question was never answered. Parcel boundaries could not be identified on site, and it was unclear whether the parcel map being referenced was accurate. Despite the lack of defined acreage or confirmed parcel boundaries, we were advised to submit an offer anyway, contingent on the property being as advertised. We were not comfortable making an offer on an undefined amount of land. The property later went under contract to another buyer. When we declined to continue representation due to the unresolved issues and lack of clarity, the response became defensive, condescending, and unprofessional rather than reflective or constructive. This experience involved repeated failures to provide fundamental information, pressure to proceed without critical facts, and poor communication throughout. We would not work with this agent again and would caution other buyers—especially those for whom land size matters—to do their due diligence and proceed carefully.
