Tracy was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about what it takes to get a house ready to sell and was always available to answer my questions or concerns. after the sale she was very active in finding property that met our buying criteria and worked hard to make sure that we got the new home we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.

Tracy Ravenscraft was an excellent realtor who was very helpful to us as we were purchasing a condominium in a suburb of Columbus and moving from another city. We had not bought property in almost 30 years so we had a lot of questions. Her patience was outstanding. In addition, her suggestions for other professionals we needed (i.e insurance and home loans) were spot on. She is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

Cannot say enough good things about working with Darcie. She helped us buy our first home and sell it when my husband got a new job. Even with us in a different state, she made the process as seamless as possible and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I only wish we could’ve taken her with us to Maryland!

I have to Pat myself on the back for choosing such an amazing agent. I asked Darcie to do the impossible, and she didn't say no, she just simply tried her best. I had a very short time line to find a place due to an expirerig lease. After months of searching and with a few other agents I contacted Darcie on 5/13/24 and had a few showings the following day 5/14. We were in contract by 5/16/24. The were many obstacles to overcome throughout the process. My agent's calm and confident attitude was reassuring. We closed on a VA financed loan in 25 days. That's half the normal time. Simply put, Darcie is an agent that is very knowledgeable and driven and will give you the best service possibly regardless of the value of your property. She simply values people.
