I loved working with Dan and Tanin. They have been my realtors/friends since 2016. They helped me purchase my first home which was a townhome in 2016 and when I out grew that home, they helped me sell it and purchase a new one that I thought I was going to grow old in! But I had another plan....I recently moved to Jacksonville and needed to sell my house with 30 days and they sold it in ONE!! They got me an all cash offer over listing price! I honestly can't say enough good things about this amazing team and I am very fortunate to have had them in my life to help me with some of my biggest decisions!

Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has masterclass knowledge of the Central FL area, is very quick to respond, and has a keen sense of when there is opportunity to negotiate. He was able to navigate the process of us viewing and purchasing a home without even breaking a sweat. He and his team make the process seem almost effortless.
