Kat Rubio is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable professional and is a true gem in the real estate world! Kat listened carefully to what I was looking for and immediately contacted me when she felt she'd found THE house for me. I was skeptical at first because she found something so quickly (and I am very picky!) but she was spot on! Without Kat's efforts I would not have been able to secure my lovely home at the price I could afford. I am very grateful to Daniel Boyer because he sold my California house in a week and helped me with all my needs taking the time to go with us to texas to help us oversees the paperwork on a new purchase that he wasn’t involved. He took the time to helps us anyways and am very appreciative about that.
